Other Floorboards
Bargain packs are sometimes available. These packs contain floorboards which for various reasons are discounted. The reasons could include the boards are an odd size, or have a lot of water marks. The most common reason for discounting is that the boards have been polished and in some cases this results in there being a hard residue in the tongue and groove, due to the polish mixing with dirt. All this means is that there will be a small gap between the floorboards when they are relaid. A look common in old floors.
Also occasionally different species of flooring come through our business. These may include Radiata, Kauri, Rimu, Tasmanian Myrtle, Redgum and Jarrah. These floors are relatively rare in Melbourne but it's worth asking if we have them in stock.

This size of Baltic is discounted to $60 per square metre, due to its slightly wider 4" size compared to the typical 100mm. A typical softwood with good nail-holding power, can be easily stained to suit any desired outcome.
Smaller quantities of 100mm x 22mm baltic are available for purchase.
102mm x 21mm Radiata Pine
45.6 Square Metres - $1800
This size has been discounted to $40 per square metre due to its uncommon size. A typical softwood with good nail-holding power, can be easily stained to suit any desired outcome.
Pack to be sold as one lot only, will not split into smaller quantities.

This size of Baltic is discounted to $60 per square metre, due to its slightly wider size compared to the typical 100mm. A typical softwood with good nail-holding power, can be easily stained to suit any desired outcome.
Smaller quantities are available for purchase at $75 per square metre (minimum purchase $250).

This lot of Tassie Oak is discounted to $50 per square metre, due to a layer of residual glue on the surface. Would be removed with sanding but may require extra time and effort, timber itself is in great condition.

This lot of Tassie Oak is discounted to $50 per square metre, due to its general condition. It has a more small bits of damage than we typically allow but this adds to its rustic look which could be great for a feature wall or furniture.
